Gorgeous deep purple in color and possessing complex and layered aromas of black fruits, earthy truffles, smoke and spice, this Syrah blend is excellently balanced in both acidity and tannins. Encompassing a seductive mid-palate and layered flavors of dark cherries, ripe blackberries, dark forest earth, smokey tobacco leaf and spicy black pepper all presenting themselves. Airing brings forth further rewards and the flavors grow more opulent, while retaining its appealing zest and richness. 57% Syrah, 29% Grenache, 7% Mourvedre and 7% Cinsault. 300 cases produced.
